It must be my fault, JD products are perfect.
Anyway, due for my 50hr and will probably get this resolved then but if anyone has an idea....the issue is the deck won't raise or lower. Was working fine until last week it started scalping on one side or the other. Was going back to the garage to go thru the setup program that Jason posted, when all of a sudden I hear a bang, and the deck won't raise. It's stuck in the lowered position.
The 3ph has nothing on it right now, and it raises and lowers just fine. I took a quick look underneath at the place where that 1/8" gap between the height control post and the lever for the deck height is, and ther eis no gap, it is tight as can be, no play at all, and I cannot turn the height control knob!
I am considering disconnecting the deck and back off it and see if I can find anything, but the guage wheels are fully engaged with the floor, and I'll have to use the bucket to raise the tractor enough to take the pressure off of them.
Any ideas guys? I'm afraid I'm not sure where to start......
